If quality issues (such as color deviation, defects) are found after receiving the fabrics, how should the return or exchange be handled?
If the entire batch of fabrics is severely non-conforming and unusable, we will arrange for the customer to return the goods. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund of the payment. If only part of the fabrics has quality issues, we can negotiate to reissue qualified fabrics of the same quantity, with the shipping cost borne by us. If the quality problems do not affect the core use, we can negotiate a discount compensation.
